Dr. Uvais M is working as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Management Studies since he joined the department in 2021. He is a passionate teacher with good academic records, and he has been awarded the Ph.D. in Marketing Management as Junior & Senior research fellow (JRF & SRF) from school of management and business studies, Mahatma Gandhi University Kerala, India in 2019. He has more than six years of teaching experience and five years of research involvement in service marketing and other educational ventures. Before he joins the current position, he has worked as Assistant professor in Department of Business Administration at Aligarh Muslim University Centre Malappuram, and worked as Project Associate, Parakkadav Educational Trust, Nadapuram, Kerala. He is also one the Founders & Managing Director, EasyServe Business Solutions, Startup-Kerala. He has expertise as resource person in the field of Career guidance and coaching & as business consultant as well. He also attended national and international seminars, conferences, workshops, Faculty Development Programs and qualified IELTS (Band score 7.0). His area of interest is service marketing, educational services, and he has published papers in different journals. He is an alumnus of DHI University, Kerala, India, and he is also an active member of different NGOs focusing on socio-economic development of minorities. Apart from academic performance, he also engaged many administrative responsibilities like IQAC- NAAC support committee Member, In-charge of College Website, Planning Board Member, Internal Examination Committee Member, Alumni Committee etc. at CAS College Madayi, and Training and Placement Officer, Convener, Bridge Course Committee, Warden, Boy’s Hostel, AMU Centre Malappuram, and Examiner, AMU Centre Kishanganj, Bihar etc.

Mr.Shijith V, joined C.A.S College, Madayi in December 2021 and is currently working as an Assistant Professor there. He is a Collaborative professional with 11 years of teaching experience to UG & PG students. Before he joins the current position, he has worked as Assistant professor in Department of Management & Exam Deputy superintendent, Jamia Hamdard (Deemed-to-be-University) Kannur Campus, and worked as Visiting Faculty at Pondichery Central University campus Mahe. He is also engaging training session for Kudumbhasree Mission, Kerala & Cooperative employees at Institute of Cooperative Management Studies, Parassinikadavu. He has expertise as Judge for Stress Interview for various National Level Management Fests. Apart from his experience he published 2 articles at International Peer reviewed journal. He is participated many national & international conferences and presented papers. Currently he is doing Ph.D. from Srinivas University, Mangalore.Apart from academic performance, he also engaged many administrative responsibilities like NSS Programme Officer C.A.S Madayi, In-charge of Hamdard Centre for Beyond Curriculum Soft Skill Development Centre, Coordinator of Hamdiya National Level Management Fest, Publicity Committee Convenor of Jamia Hamdard Convocation, Discipline Committee Convenor, Ethics Committee Convenor, Film & Media club Convenor at Jamia Hamdard (Deemed-to-be University) Kannur Campus. Mrs. Sajini VK joined as Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies in 2021. She has been teaching management subjects in several reputed institutions including Kannur University Palayad and Nileshwar Campuses Since 2009. She earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Finance) from Kannur University. She is passionate about research and also pursuing her PhD in Management Studies in Kannur University. Her strong points are her dedication and commitment to her duties. She is presented papers in various national and international conferences and seminars and has also published in several edited books. She has participated in several national level workshops. Her areas of expertise include Marketing and her academic interests are in Consumer Behaviour, Retail Management, Economics and Human Resource Management. She is also a personality development trainer and has co-ordinated various training programmes in previous Institutions. Currently she is a member of Internal Quality Assurance Cell in CASC Madayi.
