The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has directed that every accredited Higher Education Institution (HEI) should establish an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure. Since quality enhancement is a continuous process, the IQAC is envisaged to become a part of the institution’s system and work towards achieving the goals required to attain “excellence”. The major task of the IQAC is to develop a system for overall improvement of the institution.

Objectives

• Develop and implement quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities.
• Foster a learner-centric environment and support faculty development for effective teaching and learning.
• Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to improve institutional quality.
• Act as a coordinating body for adopting and sharing best practices across the institution
• To achieve the vision and mission of the institution by implementing and directing the strategic plan.
